Now remember, we are not telling you what to do and how to represent your business, we are simply making suggestions to help you find the best CVR4ME applicant.

All the information in your profile should include as much accurate information as possible. Since there is no limit to the amount of posts your business can make, it is highly encouraged to list as many job postings you may need
When writing a job post, include as much information as possible. Potential hires will need to know the date/time/location of the coverage, the amount/method of payment, what special skills/certificates are needed and what tools/garments they may need to bring. Please be as specific as possible.
Both the business and service provider will need to accept the job in order for contact information to be shared. All jobs hired will be logged into the Service Providers calendar. If you deem it necessary to contact the Service Provider, please do so at your discretion.
In order for the clock to start running, THE SERVICE PROVIDER MUST HIT THE CLOCK IN BUTTON IN YOUR PRESENCE. Failing to do so will create a discrepancy in time variance, which the business manager will have to adjust when the shift is over. It is suggested that they arrive early in order to speak with the manager and prepare for their shift to begin.
When the shift is completed BOTH YOU AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER MUST HIT THE CLOCK OUT BUTTON. Failing to do so will allow the clock to keep adding time to the Service Provider’s total hours. Again, this will create a discrepancy in time variance and will need to be adjusted.
THE JOB MUST BE CLOSED OUT COMPLETELY. This is done by simply rating your Service Provider, leaving any comments and sending payment. You will be automatically billed CVR4ME’s $25 service fee separately after the job is closed.

Now remember, we are not telling you what to do and how to represent yourself, we are simply making suggestions to help you get the best jobs and earn extra income.

All the information in your profile should include as much accurate information as possible. Using your legal name as your username is also suggested. It is best to fill out as many positions and job types that you are able to execute at a proficient level. Applying for a job post that you don’t have the skills to perform or may not want to perform is not recommended and can result in a negative experience.
In the Additional Info Field, paste your resume along with any additional certificates and information pertaining to special skills you may have. You should also include references if they agree for you to do so. Continue to update your profile as often as necessary to include the most recent information. The more accurate and up to date information you include, the more likely a potential Job Site will consider granting you a hire.
Read over each Job Post carefully. Most jobs require certain tools, equipment and attire. It is in your best interest to bring any specific items listed with you, as some Job Sites may not have all the items available.
Remember that every establishment in California that serves food will require you to have a valid California Food Handlers Certificate. If you do not have an active Food Handler’s Certificate you can find information on taking the test here, WWW.SERVSAFE.COM
When awarded a job, be sure to make note of its time, date and location. All of this information will be added to your profile under “Job Schedule” but it is still important to check your schedule regularly for any updates. If you have multiple jobs scheduled, you will receive notifications for each, upon being awarded the job and an hour before is starts. It is recommended that you arrive early and speak to the Business Manager prior to starting you shift.
In order for the clock to start running, YOU MUST HIT THE CLOCK IN BUTTON WITH THE MANAGER PRESENT. The system will not allow you to clock in early. If both you and the manager agree for you to start early, the extra time will be added by the Business Manager at the end of your shift. It is your responsibility to account for your extra time. If you start the clock early without Manager approval, they can decide to cancel your job completely and you will not be paid.
When your shift is over, BOTH YOU AND THE MANAGER MUST HIT THE CLOCK OUT BUTTON. If either of you fails to clock out, your payment will not be sent. If the Manager requests you to work longer than the posted time, it is your decision to do so. Again, BOTH YOU AND THE MANAGER MUST BOTH CLOCK OUT.
THE JOB MUST BE CLOSED OUT COMPLETELY. After you have clocked out, the job needs to be closed out in order for your payment to process. To close out the job, simply rate the Business, leave a comment on your experience, and push send.
You will be working as an Independent Contractor. Any tax forms or filings need to be taken care of by YOU. Please ask the Manager for any necessary tax forms before you leave the job site.
